Nederman integrates AR with event marketing strategy

Eco-efficient systems provider, Nederman has heralded the use of augmented reality as part of its integrated campaign.

The campaign, designed by Priority Exhibitions, was centred around Nederman’s stand at Recycling & Waste Management show. Using PR and social media to promote the system provider’s stand, Priority teamed up with Hidden Creative to create augmented reality content to attract delegates.

The AR experience was used to demonstrate Nederman’s complex engineering production system. Joe Ashton, senior project manager at Priority Exhibitions said, “Extending your presence at trade exhibitions is now a crucial factor in the success of exhibiting. Augmented reality is a strong way to attract visitors and is a superb communication aid to help those manning a stand to explain the benefits and features of complex product propositions.”
