The Law Society, professional body for solicitors in England and Wales, has appointed Dr Patricia Greer to the new position of chief of corporate affairs.
Greer joins The Law Society next month where her role will see her take on responsibility for policy, communications and stakeholder engagement. Greer’s previous experience includes working as strategic director and director of delivery for client relations for the National School of Government. She has also held roles at KPMG and PA Consulting.
Desmond Hudson, chief executive of The Law Society, said, “I am looking forward to Patricia joining the team, as we look to cement our position as the leading representative of the world’s best legal profession. Her experience and abilities will strengthen the team and further equip us to anticipate and meet our members’ needs.”
