Active asset manager JOHCM has appointed Tom as head of marketing and communications EMEA and Asia. Tom comes from Allianz Global Investors as global head of digital marketing and operations.

Dipti joins Broadridge Financial Solutions, New York. As CMO, she will focus on driving measurable growth, building Broadridge’s global brand reputation, expanding client relationships, and supporting revenue growth ambitions. Dipti joins from J.P Morgan as former CMO for the Wealth Management division.

Banking as service provider (BaaS) Griffin welcomed both Chris and Laura to the executive team to support growth plans. Chris comes from a background in banking and fintech and Laura from technology-driven companies in B2B spaces.
Griffin is currently seeking regulatory approval to become the UK’s first full-stack BaaS platform with its own bank license. Chris and Laura’s appointments will strengthen the company’s leadership team and bring Griffin closer to its goal of becoming the de facto operating system for embedded finance.
