O2 has launched a content marketing campaign aimed at its business customers.
The mobile technology giant is going to the customers of its large retail, passenger services and local government customers to gather information to feed back to its business customers.
The ‘Talking points’ campaign has seen filming crews on city streets across the UK interviewing passers-by about what they think of the future of technology in customer experience.
Speaking about the campaign, Paul Stevenson, head of marketing services at O2 Telefonica UK said, “We were looking for a unique way to engage with our audience, and the Talking Points have done just that. It’s a great chance to bring to life what people want from our business customers.”
Much of the content is yet to be released, however, O2 are set to release a video in the near future.
