Only six per cent of B2B leaders can calculate ROI on their projects ‘all the time’, according to new research by B2B Marketing in association with Circle Research.
However, 77 per cent of B2B leaders said they could measure calculate ROI at least ‘some of the time’.
Leaders listed three primary results behind this inability to measure return:
- Difficulty to justify budget
- Difficulties in knowing what works and where to invest
- Lack of respect from other departments
