Only 8% of B2B buyers consider themselves experts

Only eight per cent of B2B buyers consider themselves truly expert, according to the 2013 Buyersphere report, produced by Base One and B2B Marketing.

However, decision makers still consider themselves more expert than influencers, and the marketing department was considered the least expert group within the report. 

Meanwhile, the research also revealed larger purchases had smarter buyers making them.
