The Institute of Direct Marketing (IDM) and Trovus have announced a new business partnership, underlining the links between successful direct marketing and good web and business intelligence.
Specialist intelligence services provider Trovus was selected as the IDM’s partner to produce greater insight into the actions and behaviours of visitors to its website.
