PayPoint launches community for customers

PayPoint.net is highlighting the increased use of ecommerce by announcing the launch of its community designed to support customers and partners.

The PayPoint.net Community will offer advice and support to those using ecommerce or wanting to know more about the trends in the area. The community, which consists of a forum, blog and resource centre, will be manned by PayPoint support staff Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm.

Michael Norton, managing director of PayPoint.net, said, “We designed the community to help our users get quick and easy support for common issues, and obtain insight into what’s going on in the payments industry. Our aim is to build stronger and more successful business relationships with our customers and partners. We’re all excited to learn more about the e-commerce issues our current and prospective customers face and being able to guide them to the right solution.”
