Conference call service Powwownow has created a new branding campaign which parodies the popular British Airways ‘#Lookup’ advert.
Similar to BA’s creation it is hoped that the Powwownow’s billboard will be featured in Piccadilly Circus. However, unlike the airline the brand urges business travellers to stay at home by highlighting the power of conference call. This is simply put forward by the 28 character hashtag ‘#couldofstayedathomeandconferencecalledinstead’.
This bold advert advocates the benefits of remote working. The aim is to highlight to business travellers that when money’s tight and time is short, travelling for business is sometimes an unnecessary evil, rather than a necessary one.
