Praxis42 rebrand ticks all three boxes

Praxis42 has refreshed its corporate identity to give clearer focus to its three service offerings, aiming to improve sales amongst company directors and its reseller distributors.

The company – a provider of corporate governance products and services – has defined three distinct sub-brands in health and safety: training, e-learning and services.

Chris Griffin, sales & marketing manager for Praxis42, states, “Over the last two years we have been trying to make customers easily distinguish between the three services and make all these offerings clearer to the marketplace. The offerings were all wrapped up in one mix and were not very clear internally either.”

The company has updated its logo with a fresh typeface, but is retaining the colours of its old logo and tick symbol to ensure continuity and recognition. It has been designed by creative marketing agency Duo.

Griffin says, “We didn’t dislike the old Praxis logo, so we decided to keep some of the old and just give it a bit of a revamp. The ‘tick’ in the logo aims to symbolise compliance in all areas, for example health and safety and ever-changing legislation.”

To define the three sub-brands each uses the same logo under separate straplines. These include: Compliance through competence (training); Training on demand (e-learning); and Helping you manage risk (services).

Praxis42 is running a marketing campaign following this rebrand. It intends to send DM about its three offerings to 120,000 directors and senior managers in mid-market and corporate organisations later this month.
