Forty-five per cent of agencies believe their biggest challenge is ‘pressure on clients budgets’, according to the B2B Agencies Benchmarking Report published by B2B Marketing.
However, this is down 11 per cent from 2012, when 56 per cent of agencies listed ‘pressure on clients budgets’ as their number one woe.
The second biggest challenge for agencies in 2013 is attracting talent. Some 21 per cent of agencies said their biggest challenge was ‘attracting and retaining quality staff’.
Meanwhile, three per cent of agencies said they faced no challenges at all, up one per cent from 2012.
