Online print shop, Printed.com, has launched a customer loyalty initiative in the form of a reward programme.
In what it’s calling ‘a first for the UK printing industry’, Printed.com will offer business and lifestyle benefits for its main audience of SMEs. Customers will earn points for every pound spent, points are redeemable on Printed.com or with its partners, Bigstock and The Office Supplies Supermarket.
Hoping the reward programme will put it ahead of its competitors, Nick Green founder of Printed.com said, “We are now the only printing site in the UK, and possibly in the world, that is offering a programme like this which we predict will expand significantly in time. I believe this could prove to be a deciding factor for customers who decide to go with us versus other online print outlets.”
