Reed Exhibitions is strengthening its CRM vision with the adoption of online survey management company Vovici as its global supplier of feedback solutions.
Using Vovici, Reed Exhibitions can now track responses from 6 million attendees and exhibitors at more than 500 events a year. The events organiser plans to integrate Vovici with its implementation of Salseforce.com.
Speaking about the integration, Dominic Shine, group chief information officer at Reed Exhibitions said, “Understanding how to best meet the needs of exhibitors and attendees around the globe and reaching out to them at critical times will help us maintain our leadership position.”
The platform will be used globally by Reed Exhibition staff and is available in more than 36 languages.
