Reed Smith adopts Concep for email marketing

Top law firm Reed Smith has partnered with Concep to stimulate engaging dialogue with clients by email for its global offices.

The company’s marketers will utilise Concep’s Campaigner to send marketing messages to its existing and prospective clients.

“We need a way to capture client attention and cut through competing channels and cluttered inboxes,” explains Mike Scherpereel, director of branding and communications for Reed Smith on the decision that led to the company adopting Campaigner.

“The powerful reporting features of Campaigner enable us to evaluate how successful our campaign has been and to gather data for business development purposes,” he adds.

Campaigner will have an important role in Reed Smith’s marketing strategy and will help to strengthen the company’s growth that has resulted from mergers and acquisitions over the years. It will be utilised across the company’s 23 offices in the EMEA and US.

In the past seven years, Concep has worked with 15 of the global top 30 law firms.The company’s latest partnership announcement was with Lovells this year.
