Two industry-leading service giants have joined forces following Salesforce’s acquisition of social media monitoring platform Radian6.
The acquisition will lead to enhanced services for Salesforce users, who will enjoy greater social intelligence across a wide range of products.
Conversations taking place on sites such as Twitter and Facebook, as well as on Salesforce’s own private networks, will now be much more easily tracked from one place.
