Salesforce announces $632m Q4 revenues

The social CRM market is alive and kicking according to Salesforce.com, which has just announced Q4 revenues of $632 million.

The company outperformed Wall Street predictions, registering earnings of $0.43 per share.

Marc Benioff, Salesforce.com’s CEO and founder said, “Salesforce.com’s 38 per cent revenue growth in the fourth quarter was a spectacular finish to our fiscal year, a year in which we delivered 37 per cent revenue growth and added nearly 2500 employees, including nearly 2000 in the U.S.

“Given the strong customer response to the social enterprise, we’re excited to raise our guidance today, which puts us on pace to exceed the $3 billion revenue run rate during FY13.”
