The site is designed to demonstrate how every customer interaction should be maximised, regardless of whether the interaction is with marketing, sales or service. 360-degree customer view offers whitepapers and reports to help companies deliver excellent customer experiences.
The microsite is also a marketing opportunity for SAP who has launched SAP CRM; an application designed to support customer facing business processes. To bolster its marketing efforts the software company has also embarked on a 70 stop promotional world tour.
