Marketing analytics and social media monitoring technology company, Alterian has been acquired by global information product provider SDL for £69.7m.
Mark Lancaster, executive chairman of SDL believes the combination of Alterian’s marketing analytics, campaign management and social media capabilities with SDL’s web content management, ecommerce and structured content capabilities will enhance and drive global customer experience.
