Sales enablement platform Seismic has acquired Grapevine6, a social and digital sales engagement platform.
Marlin & Associates served as the exclusive strategic and financial advisor, but details on the purchase were disclosed. The acquisition of Grapevine6 will help strengthen Seismic’s ability to provide sales professionals with relevant content. In addition, there will be an integrated offering called Seismic LiveSocial. The service will help sellers become more trusted advisors by engaging with clients across social media platforms.
In late September this year, Seismic raised Series F round $92M. The aim was to accelerate Seismic’s innovation, international growth, and marketing automation.
