Shell has become a founding sponsor of the Museum of Brands after launching an interactive exhibition of their 111-year-old brand.
The exhibition opened in April and showcases the history of the company’s iconic shell logo, as well as its plans to move towards cleaner energy in the future.
The company has also created ‘Your Brand ID’ as part of the experience which allows visitors to create and personalise their own brand to take away as a digital souvenir.
Dean Aragon, VP, Shell Brand and CEO, Shell Brands International, said: “In our daily lives, we’re surrounded by brands; they are woven into the fabric of society and culture. We are pleased to join the iconic brands already in the the museum and to help contribute to the museum’s ongoing success.”
The Museum of Brands, Packaging and Advertising – situated in Notting Hill, London – displays 150 years of brands, and the social context surrounding them.
