SMEs receive ‘irrelevant’ marketing advice

British SMEs are unimpressed with the quality of marketing advice they are receiving, according to a report from One Poll.

The report states that 44 per cent of British SMEs described the marketing advice they hear as being either ‘largely irrelevant’ or ‘terrible’.

The same report found SMEs were scaling back on social media usage, and claims that only 20 per cent were including it in their marketing plans.
