St Ives, the marketing services group and parent company of B2B agency AmazeRealise, has rebranded as Kin + Carta – ditching its print operations in favour of digital transformation.
The new name replaces St Ives Group, which was founded as a print business, bringing together strategy, innovation and communications specialisms under its new organisational model called ‘the Connective’, a global team of over 1500 specialists across four continents.
Kin + Carta integrates the talents and expertise from seven digital businesses: Strategic consultancies Pragma, Hive, and Incite; digital innovation firms TAB and Solstice and communications agencies Edit and AmazeRealise.
The name was chosen for its association with family, collaboration and maps – plotting a clear path to the future.
J Schwan, chief executive of Kin + Carta (pictured), said: “In a world where consumers are currently inundated with experiences that are broken and frustrating, we’re taking a radical approach to how we’re organised in order to help the world’s largest organisations achieve a more unified result.”
