SurveyMonkey has acquired voice of the customer technology provider Usabillla for $80 million, in a mix of cash and equity.
The acquisition is an attempt by SurveyMonkey to expand its customer feedback solutions.
Usabilla currently operates across 35 countries. It has more than 450 enterprise clients including Lufthansa, Philips, and Vodafone, and enables them to collect, analyse and act on real-time user feedback. The company is headquartered in Amsterdam and employs more than 130 people in total across Europe, the US, and Australia.
