Former Stein IAS MD Ted Kohnen has joined technology consultancy Transiris as president of its marketing agency division.
Kohnen will work alongside Transiris CEO Silvian Centiu to oversee the marketing agency’s rebrand, which will operate under the name Retina (a Transiris Company). In the new role he will aim to integrate technology and creative marketing in a digital-first approach.
Previous to his appointment, Kohnen spent 11 years at B2B agency Stein IAS, initially as CMO before becoming MD. He launched Stein’s San Francisco office in 2015.
Centiu said: “Ted’s experience and successful track-record in both marketing and technology makes him the ideal leader for Retina.”
