The Listening Company named in Sunday Times Tech 100

Contact centre business, The Listening Company, has been named the 84th fastest-growing private technology firm by the Sunday Times Microsoft Tech Track 100, jumping up six places from last year.

It appeared in the league table for the first time in 2008, following the launch of EpiCentre, its customer and prospect management software which enables integrated relationship management across email, phone and internet communication.

Now in its ninth year, the league table ranks Britain’s one hundred fastest growing private technology companies by their sales growth over a three-year period. With sales of £51 million, The Listening Company was also ranked seventh in the league in terms of overall sales, up from tenth last year.

Neville Upton, CEO, The Listening Company, said: “The business’s continued growth and inclusion in this league table for a second consecutive year demonstrates the demand for integrated communication channels, despite the recession.”

The Listening Company works with brands such as Microsoft, O2 and Travelodge.
