The ‘social wall’ is blocking traditional marketing communications from getting through, according to Scot McKee, managing director at Birddog.
Speaking at B2B Marketing’s annual conference, McKee warned brands now need to pull customers from social channels on to their websites, and not the other way round.
During his presentation McKee said, “Social and video is growing and those who are only now asking what the first step should be are ‘dead’.”
