The business banking service Tide has launched a TV campaign to illustrate the need for financial management in small businesses.
The video, titled ‘Startup Improv’, pays tribute to a startup’s need to improvise by showing a business owner on a video call while working from home.
Tide is a fintech company that provides mobile banking services for SMEs. With more than 100,000 business owners using the app, its services allow users to manage multiple business bank accounts while integrating accountancy software.
Sidekick Studios founder Rupert Mason worked with Tide’s team to pinpoint the problems that business owners encounter with financial management and planning.
Tide’s marketing VP George Schmidt said: “We’ve presented more and more shocking production deadlines to Sidekick, but they keep taking on the challenge with a smile. Our next campaign will be built around the theme of ‘improvisation’ – an entrepreneurial trait we can all relate to.”
