Digital agency twentysix Leeds has been appointed by wholesale wine distributors Berkmann Wine Cellars to develop their new website.
The relaunch is part of Berkmann’s efforts to re-brand itself with a more modern feel. The site will incorporate the company’s new branding, principally targeting trade customers and acting as an information gateway for customers, suppliers and company personnel.
Twentysix Leeds will work on revamping content and design, navigation and usability functions. The site will include a searchable database of all Berkmann’s product offering, a bank of downloadable images, notes on wine tasting, a history of the company, a listing of awards, and information on wine producers.
Gail Dudleston, managing director for Twentysix Leeds, says, “The new website will help communicate Berkmann’s new corporate identity and branding, while raising awareness of the company within their target market.”
Berkmann Wine Cellars operates out of five offices across the UK and supplies to over 5000 restaurants, hotels and retailers from its holdings of over a thousand wines.
The website is due to launch at the end of this month.
