Real-time social media analytics company uberVU has launched Team Workflow, a set of features designed to help PR agency teams work together inside the same social media dashboard after customer feedback.
PR professionals can now assign tasks to their colleagues, tag mentions of customer brands that require attention or action and manage the whole team workflow on the uberVU platform.
