UBM to deliver products under ICMI brand

Marcomms and data provider, UBM, has announced that it will be distributing its group of UK customer management products under its International Customer Management Institute (ICMI) arm of the business.

The company’s portfolio of products includes Call Centre & Customer Management Expo, the Call Centre Focus Conference, the Top 50 Call Centres for Customer Service and callcentre.co.uk. All are to move under the brand to ‘continue to establish ICMI as the dominant worldwide services and information provider’ for contact centre professionals, says UBM.

UBM also states that ICMI will be capable of delivering a ‘unique global perspective’ to customers; provide access to a network of established experts, trainers and consultants across the world as well as better information resources that link global insights and trends.
