Marketing technology provider Velti has been appointed to manage A&N Media’s mobile CRM platform allowing advertisers deeper insight into customer behaviour.
Velti will aim to provide A&N Media’s 140 titles, including The Daily Mail, Metro and Teletext, with the ability to deliver integrated mobile campaigns based on in-depth understanding of their customers. Those working with the technology provider hope the mobile CRM capabilities will lead them to generate revenue from content and produce services of a greater relevance and value to customers.
Neil Johnson, managing director of Teletext, a division of A&N Media said, “Mobile is becoming an increasingly important media channel for engaging our customers. Providing a sophisticated CRM platform to complement A&N Media’s own central customer platform will allow us to offer additional value as we gain an even deeper understanding of the needs and desires of our customers.”
A&N Media expect to launch over 100 mobile campaigns in August using the new Velti CRM platform.
