Business social network Viadeo and Swedish online knowledge market Mancx have collaborated to provide a Q&A service that allows users to buy and sell information globally.
The joint venture will allow professionals to search the network for people around the global with relevant business expertise. In addition to this the Mancx platform will automatically match business questions existing on Mancx with relevant Viadeo members.
Following the application programming interface (API) integration with Viadeo and LinkedIn, the Mancx Matchmaker will match member’s business questions on Mancx with contacts in their own Viadeo and LinkedIn networks, as well as with the extended Mancx network.
Commenting on the new service, Mattias Guilotte, CMO and co-founder of Mancx said, “We are very excited by this partnership with Viadeo, as we are now the first Q&A service able to provide seamless matching of questions asked by Viadeo members with answers or respondents from the LinkedIn network, and vice versa.”
