Virgin Money has launched a recruitment campaign to find a ‘creative entrepreneur’ to join its team.
The successful candidate will lead the development and launch of a new banking proposition with a focus on creating valuable experiences for customers.
In order to find the employee, Virgin Money are working with TMP and Audeliss to create a recruitment challenge designed to test applicants’ ability to be creative, innovative, entrepreneurial, inspiring and commercial.
The interviewees will be tested at an event taking place on 10 July. At the event, named ‘The world’s most creative job interview’, each candidate will be put through a series of mystery, immersive tasks to challenge their creative skills.
David Hall, director of current accounts at Virgin Money, said: “Virgin Money already has a history of breaking new ground, from our innovative products and services, through to our Lounges and our not-for-profit Virgin Money Giving fundraising website. The candidate that fills this role will need to continue that tradition, and what better way to find the right person than a unique process like this. We enjoy doing things differently at Virgin Money, this is just another example of that.”
