WD-40 enters new territory

WD-40 is aiming to break into the industrial sector with the launch of its new product range of high pressure lubricants, greases and oils.

The maintenance product brand is aiming to use its ‘strong reputation for quality’ to break into the new market. PR activity has been launched, as has a website specifically for the new product range.

The Blue Works collection is designed for industrial conditions such as the lubrication of gears, guides and motor pivots and cleaning plastic, rubber and metal precision equipment.

Neil Gow, senior brand manager at WD-40, said, “The Blue Works range will assist in most maintenance and repair jobs in an industrial workplace. We are confident that those responsible for maintenance, as well as engineers will be pleased with their practicality and performance.”
