Storyteller

There’s increasing pressure on teams to produce more quality content. It’s vital this individual is a top-class writer as well as being curious and creative. Content needs to be different and timely to stand out from the pack

Data scientist

This person is the backbone of any modern marketing team. Their role is to ensure the quality of data and that it’s being utilised to the best of your organisation’s ability. Marketing technology experience is a must.

Graphic designer

Teams need someone who can turn their words into visually engaging messages. People are presented with hundreds of images and articles and aren’t going to spend time on your message unless they are drawn in and this is usually visually first.
