Covering all aspects of SEO from on/offsite, to mobile and video, the author Sean V. Bradley offers insight based on his own extensive experience. This guy really knows his stuff and despite the sometimes painful self-promotion, it’s worth listening to somebody who can occupy three of the top ten results in his field on Google – entirely organically.

I particularly liked the way Bradley makes his content universally applicable as he outlines above all the need for a cohesive strategy, regardless of the size of your budget.  

My favourite aspect of the book was its step-by-step guidelines and checklists. He covers how to film and produce a properly optimised video (with or without expensive equipment). As well as exactly what your descriptions, titles, alt tags, etc. should say on every part of your website. This oddly satisfying clarity is demonstrated repeatedly through real-world examples and makes the book an easily digestible recipe. If you follow these instructions, a wonderful treat full of SEO goodness will be the inevitable result.

Bradley’s unique approach in attempting this strategy is reinforced by the book’s accompanying website, mentioned at the end of every chapter. While the site can of course be viewed in isolation and keeps his content relevant even as technology progresses, I find it is the book itself that delves more into the nitty-gritty of how to achieve search engine success. It’s a key asset in any B2B marketer’s arsenal and I heartily recommended it.
