WiseWindow launch social media monitoring tool

Business intelligence company WiseWindow has launched a platform to analyse and collate opinions expressed on social networking sites.

The intelligence company is claiming the tool named Mass Opinion Business Intelligence will mine and analyse opinions and identify those that relate to a specific company or product. It will then turn this data into an actionable report for companies to track what is being said about them or their products.

The technology is designed to provide support to senior executives, marketers and market researches.

Sid Mohasseb, chief executive officer for WiseWindow says, “We’ve developed a methodology to identify only the relevant data that relates and is pertinent to a given market, company and product to organize the data, make sense of it and make it actionable for companies.”
