Xuber kicks off guerrilla brand campaign

The insurance software arm of Xchanging has undergone a rebrand marked with a guerrilla marketing campaign.

The rebrand of Xuber, officially launched tomorrow, is designed to tackle its brand awareness issues. Working with agency Birddog, Xuber took over the streets of London this morning with a branded bus ferrying ‘Xuber butlers’ – complete with free coffee for passers-by – around the capital.

The software provider, part of Xchanging, is rebranding all collateral, building a social media presence across Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Pinterest and YouTube and taking over Bank Underground station with advertising. It is also running a launch event for customers and prospects at the Heron Tower, London tomorrow evening.

Speaking about the campaign, Gareth Case, head of marketing at Xuber, said, “We have the luxury of most of our customer and prospect base being located within the square mile. With this in mind, what better way to create a buzz about our vibrant new brand then to get out in the street and let them see it for themselves. Marketing is all about pushing boundaries and this is the first of many we will be pushing for Xuber.”
