Yomdel create live web chat with Father Christmas to promote value for businesses

Webchat provider, Yomdel, has created a live web chat with Father Christmas to highlight the efficiency of the service when needing to respond quickly to thousands of customers.

The company says businesses can relate to Father Christmas because he receives thousands of letters from children and simply does not have time to read and respond to them all. Yomdel propose the use of live chat can help with this heavy lifting, and guarantee more customers and prospects receive quick responses.

Andy Soloman, founder and CEO at Yomdel said he believed even the most tried and tested business models can benefit from the integration of new technology.

“As well as the increased interaction, we believe this [campaign] will help demonstrate the more human side of Nick. He’s a well-known, well-loved character, but he spends a lot of time up at the North Pole working, and the rest of his time making deliveries while everyone is asleep. As a result, no one really gets to chat with him in person and as we specialise in providing a chat function operated by real people, it made sense that we’re the ones to help showcase this side of him.”
