CRM provider Zendesk has introduced a new sales tool and has expanded its Support Suite offerings.
The sales tool removes any difficulties of sales software so teams can spend more time focusing on the customer journey. The Sales Suite tool includes Zendesk Sell, Voice, Reach, and Zendesk Chat, according to a Zendesk blog post. The company hopes that by combining these tools, the sales team can grow the pipeline and close more deals quicker.
Zendesk is a customer service software that focuses on making better experiences for agents, admins and customers through CRM.
