If you haven’t heard, our 2026 UK Agencies Benchmarking Report has just launched and it’s chock-full of insights about the agency landscape. In this blog, we highlight the agencies that achieved the most impressive year-on-year (YoY) growth — both in percentage growth and absolute gross income increase (£). Read on to discover the Top 10 Rising Stars and the Top 10 Fastest Growers from this year’s report.
Before we get started, it’s worth noting, we did not include larger agency groups or networks. This year’s findings are based on responses from 68 UK agencies, compared to 83 agencies in 2025. With that being said, let’s dive into the data.
Top Rising Stars
To be clear, these are agencies who experienced the highest YoY growth in percentage. Just to note, some agencies haven’t been included in the table, due to the fact that they were founded within the last two years, and the percentage change would be extremely high. Claiming the top spot this year is Realm B2B who had a YoY change of 106.80% in gross income from its previous financial year to its most recent financial year. Looking across both rankings, a clear trend emerges: optimism about future growth. Almost every agency featured in the league tables reported that they expect continued growth or strong growth over the next 12 months. This aligns with broader industry trends revealed in the report. The average gross income across participating agencies increased by 3.5%, rising from £5.70 million in the previous financial year to £5.93 million in the most recent one.
When analysing performance over the past five years, the data reveals steady, consistent growth, despite ongoing economic uncertainty and pressures on agencies. So which agencies will top the rankings in next year’s report? Only time will tell. For now, we recommend checking out our full UK report here if you’ve found this analysis helpful.
