Revealed: We Break Down The Top 10 B2B Marketing Agencies In The US

Good news! We’ve just launched our 2025 US Agencies Benchmarking Report and we are analyzing the top 10 US B2B marketing agencies, highlighting metrics such as gross income, specialisms, YoY growth and headcount.

Every year, we reveal insights into the US agency landscape through our in-depth benchmarking report. Before we jump in, it’s important to note that we asked agencies to provide us with financial data from their most recently closed financial year. We then rank them based on gross income in dollars.

Out of the 29 agencies we surveyed, 24 of them stated that their financial year came to a close in December 2025. The other remaining agencies stated that theirs ended in January, February, October, November and June. In addition, we surveyed 33 agencies last year compared to 29 so do keep this in mind when reviewing rankings. 

Now with that being said, who managed to claim the top spot?  Well, let’s break them down. Coming out on top is Dentsu B2B (rebranded from Merkle B2B last summer) who also happened to appear in our Rising Stars and Fastest Growers league table as the agency experienced a 29.73% YoY increase in gross income. 

Our second spot went to Marketbridge, a newer edition to our agency report that experienced significant growth and is featured in a number of our league tables. Coming in at third is Gravity Global – who most notably nabbed the Gold for ‘Global agency of the year’ at our 2024 B2B Marketing Awards. Check out the top 10 below:

And in terms of the US marketplace? When we took a step back and assessed all the data, we  saw an increase in YoY US gross income by 25.9% from $13.5 million last year to $17 million. We also saw a rise in overall headcount which signals a step in the right direction in terms of growth. 

However, since the survey closed, we’ve acknowledged that the economic state of the US has definitely changed. That being said, the average US gross income hasn’t been reported this high since 2021. So what we’re hoping is that these positive shifts can allow agencies to flourish despite an uncertain marketplace. Want to learn more? You’ve just scratched the surface of our jam-packed report.
