Determining the top-growing global agencies
To determine the Fastest Growers, we looked at the fastest growing B2B marketing agencies that reported the largest year-on-year increase in gross income in dollar terms.
For the Rising Stars, we looked at the agencies reporting the largest percentage increase in total gross income year-on-year. This ranking is designed to surface top growing B2B marketing agencies that may be smaller in absolute terms but are gaining ground at pace.
Both rankings were based on data from 14 global agencies. Agencies founded within the last two years were excluded, as their growth rates would likely be disproportionately high due to their relatively small starting bases.

The bigger picture
While a number of agencies delivered significant growth, the broader picture points to a more challenging commercial environment.
This year, we saw a slight decline in average gross income, from $58.01 million to $57.2 million. Although the drop is relatively small, it marks a break from the upward trajectory seen in previous editions of our benchmark. It suggests agencies are navigating a tougher commercial environment, even as individual businesses continue to achieve significant growth.
However, the outlook remains broadly positive. Almost every agency surveyed expects to grow over the next 12 months, with only one forecasting flat performance and none expecting a further decline. This suggests agencies largely view the recent slowdown as a temporary dip rather than a long-term shift in demand.
