Hootsuite announces integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 to help customers drive brand value

Social media management platform  Hootsuite has announced its integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365. 

Hootsuite with Dynamics 365 will help marketers enrich leads data with social information using Hootsuite. 

The integration also provides customer engagement with omnichannel in Dynamics 365, allowing businesses to listen to and engage customers, refine segmentation and enrich leads and lead scoring models. Hootsuite is a Premium Tier Global ISV Partner within the Microsoft Partner Network. Earlier in March, Hootsuite unveiled a social media listening tool, in collaboration with Brandwatch.

Tom Keiser, CEO at Hootsuite said: “Social data is more important than ever for customer journey mapping, and integrating social data into CRM systems, customer support, education and so much more. This new integration helps businesses and marketers weave social data to the whole of the organisation so they can leverage seamlessly.”
