Top 100 small companies to work for revealed

The Sunday Times has revealed its 12th annual list of ‘100 Best Small Companies to Work For’ featuring a range of B2B brands.

In first place was, for the second time, healthcare company The Phoenix Partnership, followed by Opus Recruitment Solutions and agency The7stars.

Other B2B organisations that appear on the list include software company Softwire in 20th place, engineering, safety and risk management firm Abbott Risk Consulting ranked 50th and B2B marketing agency Stein IAS in 80th place.

The selection is based on the employees’ feedback and recognises organisations for holding employee engagement as an integral part of their success and growth.

The league table is a reminder of the growing importance of employee engagement and internal marketing to brand success.

Rob Morrice, CEO at Stein IAS, commented on the news: “At Stein IAS, we make special relationships work – with our clients, our suppliers and most importantly, our valued employees. Wherever they are in the world, be it New York, Shanghai, Paris or London, their commitment and hard work always pays off and we like to reward those that show these qualities. We also encourage our people to expand their skill sets and explore different avenues within the organisation. Whether it be changing departments or even time zones, we give their talent free rein.”
