Foreign exchange business Global Reach Partners has appointed Leandra McPhillips as its new head of marketing.
McPhillips’ role with the company will be to implement a new marketing strategy following its acquisition of rival FC Exchange. This has significantly increased the company’s number of annual transactions, from 3.5 billion to a combined 5.3 billion.
Previously head of group marketing at financial derivatives dealer CMC Markets, she marketed and relaunched the institutional arm of the business – delivering numerous integrated retail campaigns internationally. During her 10 years with the company she has built experience in a variety of roles, including head of UK partners and head of partner’s marketing.
McPhillips said: “Global Reach Partners is at an exciting phase of its development with so much growth potential on the horizon. I’m delighted to join the talented team of people here and offer my skills and experience to support the drive to take the business forward,”
Mark Smith-Halvorsen, CEO at Global Reach Partners, added: “Leandra has established a formidable track record in driving and implementing effective marketing strategies within the online trading sector. This experience and know-how will be essential as we take both the corporate and retail side of our business to the next level.”
