Phil Sims has joined CRM software company Cirrus Insight as chief technology officer.
The company says the appointment reflects a spearhead investment in agile engineering, product, and support that benefits Cirrus Insight customers.
Sims moves from the role of CTO at Act-On. He’s also previously worked at Clear Channel Communications and Constant Contact.
Sims said: “Over the course of 20 plus years, I have been helping sales and marketing organisations increase their performance and it has been extremely rare to see a team poised for success like Cirrus Insight. Their strong leadership position in the market, talent, and passion make for an amazing opportunity. I could not be more thrilled to have joined such a capable team.”
Ryan Niemann, CEO at Cirrus Insight said he was looking forward to Phil amplifying the growth of agile SaaS experience.
“Phil is helping us realise the vision of actionable insights, immediate time to value, and building the must have tool,” he said.
